It's this simple:
We add your merchandise to our online store. When it sells you are paid an amount to be determined by you. Payments can be made after 45 days via Paypal. You will be provided with a password protected link to view your stock levels and sales.
It is your responsibility to monitor your sales and request payment via Email with a simple header saying "I'd Like To Get Paid", inside just tell is who you are, “Hi this is XXXX from XXXX Records. I'd like to be paid now.”
For example:
You send us your new 7" and want to be paid $x.xx for each record sold. We mark it up to our selling price and for every copy sold, we will pay you $x.xx (via Paypal). The cost for shipping your titles to us is your responsibility.
What we expect from you: - Copies of your releases. We suggest 3-5 copies per title.
- A one sheet or informational packet for each release.
- A high quality JPEG image of each title that you want us to carry.
- A Link to our store from your site so that your customers know that your goods are available from us.
- An invoice that has your: contact name, label name, mailing address, phone number, email address and Paypal address. Plus the quantity, artist name, title, catalog number and amount that you want to be paid for each title.
- Promo copies are welcome, but not required.
In closing:
We have no expiration or deletion terms and will continue to push your releases and request that you to restock them for as long as you like. You may discontinue our service at any time and have your products returned to you at your shipping expense.
Any goods that you send us is your property. We are merely a secure and reliable vessel by which you can sell your products without the hassle of a website or credit card processor or as an additional online outlet.
